www.craigslist.org – This is the free nationwide classified that we use to attract owner financing sellers, wholesalers, mortgages and pre-foreclosures. Make sure you type in Craigslist and not Craiglist. Craiglist.com sends you to a pornographic sight that you might not appreciate!

www.buybankhomes.com – This is another website that we have used to find foreclosures, NODs, etc. Chase, Bank of America, and other banks have us to this website as they use this to market for their loss mitigation and foreclosure departments.

www.netronline.com – This is a REALLY cool site, because it allows you to connect with county recorder offices all across the country. It’s great for doing courthouse research without ever going to the courthouse! They can find privately-held notes here, NODs, etc.

www.ocwen.com – Ocwen took over the servicing of VA loans – as a result, they have a lot of VA properties for sale. Ocwen is hard to deal with and they won’t lowball; then again, if the property doesn’t sell in a 60 period, they go in and lower the price.
