1. Post FREE ad on Craig’s List Click Here For Link
2. Post FREE ad on Kijiji.com (Ebay classified ads) Click Here For Link
3. Create FREE informational webpages on Hubpages, Squidoo and Weebly
4. Sign up for websites with FREE trials for research to identify potential properties – RealtyTrac.com 7 day trial… do a search and contact the list.
5. Realtor.com strategy from Lorena on REPC site.
6. Create a FREE Blog and… BLOG – create one at wordpress.com, livejournal.com, blog.com, blogger.com
7. Create FREE informational videos and post to YouTube – get or borrow a FLIP and create post a simple video telling people in your local area “How to Save Your Credit and Stay In Your Home”
8. Publish your video to other FREE video sharing sites – push your information to as many as possible, Google Video, Yahoo Video, etc.
9. Start a FREE PR campaign – write informational press releases and send to local media where you are quoted as the expert giving information about the market and ways people can deal with it. Use some of these sites for sending out your press releases PR Newswire, Free Press Release, PRLog.Org, and here’s a list of 20 Free Press Release sites you can use.
10. Get FREE publicity by writing articles – Post them online at sites like EzineArticles.com and submit them to your local media.
11. Start a FREE e-zine and start e-mailing it to everyone in your Outlook, Gmail or other e-mail contact list. It’s not hard, just a little blurb about what you are up to, some info on what you’re doing and how it can benefit the reader and then a little call to action.
12. Real estate investor groups, clubs and associations – JOIN THEM Here Is a Huge List of Real Estate Investment Clubs
13. Contact professional referral sources – realtors, attorneys, accountants, private money lenders direct marketing through e-mail. Use the paper or online yellow pages or directories to find them, then call them and tell them what you’re up to.
14. Network with other investors in your area, find them through ads in local media for people who are advertising that they are buying or selling houses or paper.
15. Put on a Free Seminar/Workshop – free advertising through local bulletin boards, community groups, newspaper local calendars of events. Give information your target market would want.
16. Speaking – speak before groups and give information about real estate topics related to what you are looking for, this can be a speaking group like Toastmasters or just contact groups of potential referral sources like attorneys, accountants, realtors or even local Chambers of Commerce or interest groups. They’re all looking for speakers!
17. Get a $50 FREE ADWORDS coupon and advertise for FREE on Google. Search on Google with the following terms… Adwords 50 coupon

21. ABM – always be marketing, hand out your business cards, talk to people, work on your elevator speech, and ALWAYS let people know what you do.
