Looking for creative ways to distinguish yourself from the pack and use guerilla marketing techniques to get more deals faster?

Think outside the box and consider this idea – wrap your car or truck in signage and use it as advertising for all the things you can do to help people in this real estate market.

Thanks to Michael Suever for sharing the photos showcased in this post of his newly wrapped truck, which has helped him find more deals as people have been stopping him on the street and even in traffic to get more information about what he does.

Michael also generates deals by allowing people who are interested in his services to take business cards from covered magnatized card holders attached to the truck!
Michael spent a total of about $900 to design the artwork and wrap his truck. That’s a pretty minimal investment considering how much he expects to make from even one deal generated from his creative advertising!
