It’s easy, just come to one of our Path To Profits real estate investor workshops. That’s what the attendees of last week’s workshop in Orlando did, and you can do it this coming February (dates to be announced). 

At the training workshop in Orlando, we proved that it is possible to go out into a new market, find deals, get them under contract and then sell them for a profit. Our mentors went to Orlando and marketing for about a week.

They found four deals that they contracted for, and then sold them to wholesale buyers that same week. But even more impressive than that is that one of our students bought one of the properties for $2,000 and sold it for $20,000 the SAME DAY! Imagine, he saw one of these deals as having exceptional value, and he bought it from our mentor for only $2k.

He then turned around and sold it for $20,000, netting $18,000 in one day. These opportunities are out there and all you have to do is take action to find them.

Whether you post ads on Craigslist or Kijiji, use Realtor.com to find a list of brokers for real estate investors strategy or go to the Our Complete Listing of Bank REO Sites  the banks have, just take action and find your deals, pull your comps to know the values and start flipping houses for a living.


These “wholesale deals” are out there if you are just willing to find them, and when you find them, take action to buy them!
