How can you do it?
You can use Realtor.com, the website for realtors and their listings to find real estate brokers and agents who have the kinds of properties you are looking for.
Here’s how to do it step-by-step…
Step #1 – Go To The Realtor.com Website and Click the “Find a Realtor” Link

Click on the Find a Realtor link on the left side of the page. Look at the fancy high-tech black pointy arrow in the picture below that shows you where to click…
Step #2 – Enter in the city and state of your target area and click search.
You can search in any city you like, and don’t forget about smaller cities nearby or located within what would usually be considered larger cities. For example, you can search “Las Vegas, Nevada” (as shown in the picture below).
A randomly selected batch of 500 realtors will be displayed. Most will state their field of expertise in their description.
Optional Step Before You Hit the Search Button…
You can also search nearby cities by checking the option to search cities near your main search. For example, here’s a list of all the cities near Las Vegas that you would miss if you didn’t check this option…

Step #3 – Select Realtors To Contact
Select the realtor you wish to contact, and click on the “Send Email” button. Again, notice our fancy arrows that point out the buttons to click…
Step #4 – Complete the email submission form and click on the send button.
If you have a prefill software, you can replicate the information on the e-mail submission form and easily email hundreds of realtors with minimal effort! Or, just cut and paste your e-mail text into the box.
For one recent campaign, we e-mailed approximately 152 realtors in our target area of Las Vegas. It took only about an hour, and we received several responses.
Granted, some realtors that responded didn’t understand what a real estate investor needs, but others understood what we needed and immediately began sending us property and area information.
