It’s been a few weeks since we have posted here at Real Estate Profit Coach, but the lack of posting has not been because we were not busy getting lots of great things done for all of our viewers! In fact, over the past few weeks, we’ve had quite a bit of really exciting goings on!
Right now, we are in Orlando, Florida, where we are meeting with Ron LeGrand and also gearing up for our Path To Profits Live Workshop being held on December 4 – 7 (December 3rd too if you are an Inner Circle member).
So, what have we been up to for the past few weeks? Well, first of all, we held our Commercial Workshop, the first one ever, in Dallas a couple of weeks ago. It was a fabulous workshop and everyone really was amazed at the quality and quantity of content.
Rather than get up on stage and lecture at everyone for four days, Jayme Kahla, who headed up the workshop, brought in her multi-billion dollar team of experts who gave everyone the real world approach to finding, evaulating, financing, re-positioning and getting paid on commercial deals. Look for some bits and pieces from the workshop here in the not too distant future.
Jayme also took everyone out in the field to check out deals she was actually working on so everyone could get a first hand perspective on things to consider with their own deals. Jayme and Bob also created a killer Commercial Workshop handbook, and Roland put together a pretty comprehensive marketing program as well. In fact, everyone we talked to who attended said that it was the best commercial workshop they had ever been to! Now, that’s what makes it all worth while!
We have also been busy on our new membership website, RealEstateInvestorCoaching.com, which will go live officially the second week of January. There are lots of tweaks and goodies that we’re adding to that site, so stay tuned for more info about it (and all the goodies you can get for free there once we go live).
