This isn’t a great photo of this place, also on Queen Anne, but it does show off one of the things that we really liked about it, which was the interesting mixture of siding materials. That’s copper siding on the right portion of the house.

Commercial assets at discounted prices are showing up by the truck loads....So....it is cherry picking time. BUT one huge problem. Lenders are not lending. Well....at least not without a heavy down payment. Up to 50% on some deals....especially retail...office....industrial. Apartments still......
