That’s the question, isn’t it. Well, the answer is, most definitely yes, but it’s a Google like game of nickels and dimes adding up to lots of money based on lots of Internet real estate.

As you can see, over a 7 day period, it did generate over 2,700 Unique Visitors (the only number you really care about, as compared to hits and such) to these three test websites.

But, did this traffic turn into any kind of money? Yes, it did. You can see from the Google AdSense test account that the average income generated was $4.00 per day, which would work out to what might seem a paltry $1.33 per site (remember there were three sites). Only 5 days are shown because I started the AdSense ads 2 days after I made the sites live.

Additionally, Amazon sales were about 31 items over that same 5 day period. Because Amazon only pays when they ship, the revenue does not fully present what will be paid as soon as all items have shipped, and Amazon also runs a day behind in its reporting. For easy math purposes, let’s say there were only 30 sales over those 5 days.
Amazon, the average revenue per sale was $.33 at a 6% commission rate. That rate increases slightly when you go over 30 sales in a month, but we’ll stick with 6% for our example. So, 5 items daily at $0.33 per item, spread over 3 sites, means about $0.66 per site in revenue per day.
What that means is that during the 5 day period I have sales data for is that each site built for this experiment was able to generate an average of…
$1.33 per site for AdSense Revenue
$0.66 per site for Amazon Revenue

Here’s Where the Magic Happens
Now, if we know that each site we build can generate $2 per day for us on an ongoing basis, then each site we build is worth about $60 per month. So… if you build 10 sites, how much per month would that be worth to you?
10 sites x $60 per site per month = $600.00 Per Month Income
But, what if you built 10 sites EVERY month for, let’s say, one year? Here’s what that would look like:
