5 Stars Investing In Apartment Buildings Is a Superb Book
I gladly give this book five stars! I have read many books on real estate in the past year and this one is the most refreshing: it doesn’t follow the standard format and the author really offers his personal experiences as well as a completely fresh perspective on the whole reason for real estate investing. He also makes a point about farm markets that I believe really saved me from potentially losing a lot of money. Martinez is clearly the leader of the new generation of real estate experts and authors.
5 Stars FIVE STARS!! Very useful and timely book. Highly recommend it to Multi-family Investors
This book to be very informational and detailed in areas where most other authors are quite brief. I have learned a lot from this book. We are seasoned Commercial RE investors and we found this book to be very helpful to get us back to basics. It also taught us some new things that we are going to implement in our next few acquisitions. I found that the author was not baiting the readers thru this book to get them into buying some overpriced private seminar/course.
This book is a breath of fresh air because it deals with the topic of apartment investing with the respect it deserves.
It is by far the best $100 dollars (I bought 4 copies of this book for my partners) that I have spent!
Thanks a lot Matthew for bringing out such a good product at a time that could not have been better.
I hope our paths will cross in the very near future, but until then we sincerely wish you the very best with your investing and publishing ventures.
5 Stars Great Value
I am an experienced developer of multifamily condominiums for sale and rent. Both books are worth substantailly more than the cost. The Investing In Apartment Buildings has more clarity regarding potential market segments and opportunities than a $350 market study.
Great buy.
