This is a great book. I wish I would have purchased this book before I wasted my money on many other short sale books.
5 Stars Excellent Resource
This book is a must read for anyone who is interested in foreclosure investing. It gives and excellent step by step guidance through the pre-foreclosure investing process. Since the authors are successful investors, they know “the ropes” and can give much insight and knowledge to give new and old investors insight into working with the banks and with homeowners. It is imortant that anyone who is considering investing read this bood first!

This book was a big help! Being a small time Investor and not ever working with Short Sales I was able to refer to the sample forms and download blank forms for my own use. I found it to be a great find at a great price!
5 Stars Short-Sale Pre-Foreclosure Investing
I have dwan’s course on wholesaling and short sales i have attended her boot camp i can say first hand she is the best. she gives you every bit of info from beginning to end she even tells you what to do so you wont make a mistake or maybe if your asked difficult questions. she trys to make sure you don’t feel left alone or with out help, she is very very good she has a new book from amazon what to do when your house cost more than it is worth. she also does a phone question and answer class so many times during the year she actually answers your questions. so you can really get started in shortsales. the best i have seen on short sales and believe me i have tried just about every course and book on realestate investing.
1 Star Very disappointed in the fluff of this book and credibility of author
I found this book to be too much fluff as in all sizzle and no steak. There were so many details and specifics left out that are critical to pre-foreclosure investing.
Also disappointing are the legal troubles that Dwan Bent-Twyford in 2008 has been experiencing, and how she has not paid a Court ordered refund.
It makes me really wonder about the credibility of one of the authors, Dwan Twyford.
