User Ratings and Reviews

2 Stars Slapped to gether
I am surprised this booke is rated so high. I bought it based on the high rating and was very disappointed. Much of the book looks tacked together from Sausa’s sources and lacks cohesiveness and comprehensiveness. Much of what is outlined is common sense and when nitty gritty details are needed, hand-wavey explanations are offered or the reader is directed to basically research those points elsewhere. All in all a poorly executed book and not worth buying.

5 Stars excellent service
Thanks you for the excellent reliable service. The delivery is on schedule and the product is in good/excellent condition as described. Trusted and reliable business. Thanks you !

5 Stars Up to date…with the web site
The book is well written in a very easy manner and I was able to comprehend the concepts and the laws with no problems. What helps the most though is that I was able to get a couple of questions posted on the web site last week and was able to get an answer. Getting an answer to questions from the publishers directly, not bad! Wish it happened more often.

Bought another one as a gift.

5 Stars easy read
I like this book a lot.

Was broken down into 7 easy steps, pretty easy to comprehend. I have not visited the web site resources in teh book yet. But the book is quick a no non-sense approach, mainly designed for newbies…and yes im a new to this. I saw tax liens on tv and im glad i bought this book before jumping the gun on a TV hotline.

5 Stars Helpful introduction
I was looking for an introduction to foreclosures and tax lien certificates and I was impressed with this book breaking it down to very easy understandable steps. The book takes you from how to finance in credit, if you have no investment money, how to get into auctions, tips on how to bid, and then if you win, how to sell property online. Very easy read! Suggestions for beginners should also look for a for dummies book: Foreclosure Investing For Dummies (For Dummies (Business & Personal Finance))
