Hello!

It is hard to believe that the year is already two-thirds of the way gone.  How fast time flies!  Many of you know that I have been a financial services entrepreneur for many years now.  What most of you may not know is the fact that I have been an active real estate investor for over 30 years now. 

I am sure that many of you have heard of all the turmoil and upheavel in the mortgage and real esate market.  While the news likes to focus on the negative side of things, they don’t focus on the huge opportunity available to investors right now.  

As an investor, I see a lot of opportunity in the local real estate markets to pick up lots of local properties at 75% or less of Current Market Values!  My business partner and I are swamped right now!

I am currently working on several deals that I am looking for outside investors on.  I wanted to reach out to you to see if you know of somone who might be upset with how their IRA, 401k, CD, or savings account is underperforming?  I have several opportunities for someone to step in as a private investor and earn an ABOVE AVERAGE RATE OF RETURN on a short term (6 months to 3 years) loan. 

All of my transactions are closed with attornies or title companies and my lenders are secured with:
