We just wrapped up our Commercial Real Estate Investor Training in Dallas and it was a huge success for our students. We walked through finding, funding and flipping properties and ended up with 16 properties to analyze. After a thorough analysis, our students identified 4 properties that they thought were worthy of writing an LOI (Letter of Intent) on.
It was really exciting to find so many great deals and our students decided to work together applying each of their individual skills to lock the properties up and fund them. We’ll keep you posted as we go!
